Ercanbrack Family Wood Splitting Day

This year Andrew's dad asked the family to come and help him with a wood splitting project and make a family day out of it. We all got together on October 20 and spent the morning splitting wood.

Then he cooked a prime rib feast for everyone for lunch. In the afternoon, the whole family went to the corn maze. I don't think any of us had been to the Lapoint Corn Maze before so everyone voted to go to it so we could check it out!

Andrew wanted to take a goat selfie at the petting zoo!

Then he bought tokens to shoot mini pumpkins from the pumpkin launcher while everyone watched.

Then it was time to find our way through the maze!

To end the night, we visited the Pierces Roosevelt Holiday Light Show house, which is a local house that does an amazing Halloween display all around their house and yard of lights, blow up toys and props every night in October. It's free, but you can make a donation and it's a tradition that we go every year. They also do an amazing Christmas display too! It was a great way to end the day!

  1. I like the pictures of you guys with the field in the background. Also the 2nd goat picture with Andrew is great!

  2. Love the goat selfie. And I have to say what the others said, I love that picture of you guys!!
